Deans Vacation Villas is on a journey to offer vacation and workcation villas for your ideal getaway. We identify areas that offer a collection of amenities, such as a pool, a gym, a clubhouse, and local restaurants and are close to a main attraction. Deans Vacation Villas began in 2022 when Kenneth and Shantiea Dean wanted to share their love of vacations and work travel with others. While we have always enjoyed vacations, we saw an increase in travelers choosing to take work with them to a vacation setting. As our business began to develop, we learned that traveling nurses and other professionals also seek safe and comfortable places to reside while away from home. We are proud to develop a business that meets the need for fun and relaxation even if you need to bring a little work with you.

This villa is located in Stone Mountain, Georgia in the Grove Parkview community featuring one bedroom with a queen sized bed, a queen sized sofa sleeper in the family room, a fully-equipped kitchen, dining table and breakfast bar, family room, wash and dryer, a full bathroom, a balcony and a desk. ​ Grove Parkview Apartments is a peaceful retreat on a wooded five-acre lake. There’s even a 1-mile trail to the summit where you can have a family picnic with breathtaking views.
