No matter the time of year, visitors can find outdoor recreation nearby! Added perks include two living areas as well as a convenient two-car garage. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 8 people and 4 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fine up to 2,000 USD (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No pets allowed. No smoking is permitted. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES The fenced backyard offers a forested area to unwind. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy a meal amidst the alpine air. The property is equipped with an exterior security nature camera facing the forest. This home does not have air-conditioning. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances (gas grills are ok). The grill and outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during winter months. Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
