Welcome to Sunsets and Seashells, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom end-unit townhome located in the quiet family community of Bermuda Landing, North Topsail Beach, NC. This vacation home sits next to a community pool and the sound side dock, plus it's a short walk to the beach where you can enjoy a day of sun, fun in the waves, or treasure hunting for shark teeth. The first floor has a fully stocked kitchen with island seating, a laundry area, a full bath with a shower, and two cozy sitting rooms with smart TVs in each room. The second floor contains the primary bedroom featuring amazing views of the sound. The guest bedroom and the second bathroom with a tub/shower combination. There are decks off the front and back of the first floor. The rear deck offers incredible views of the sunset over Stump Sound to include views of the Intercoastal Waterway and historic Permuda Island. The garage contains seating and a game area with ping pong, darts, and cornhole. For the fishermen, there is a rolling fish cleaning station to clean your daily catch from a great day of surf fishing or tossing a line into the sound from the sound side dock.
