We are Wasatch Vacation Homes (dot com). We are a small, family-run business and we take pride in our guests comfort and satisfaction. We will try everything within reason to make our guests feel like they are at home in our vacation rentals. Our listings are up-front and honest, and we have no hidden fees whatsoever (this is rare in our industry). We have an abnormally-high amount of return guests, which is a testament to how well we take care of our homes and our customers. If anything about your stay is not exactly as you want it, we are available 24 hours a day and we live nearby.

This is a newly-updated modern 1-bedroom apartment that is attached to a historic mansion in the Avenues district of Salt Lake City.  Situated in a very quiet neighborhood, this roomy and comfortable space is the perfect place for you and up to three others to call home while visiting Salt Lake City. The home is well stocked with everything you will need while you are here; from the fully-stocked kitchen to the TV that has multiple streaming services, this home is designed to be as comfortable of a vacation rental as possible.  It is a dedicated fulltime vacation rental. Outside is a quiet shaded area where you have your own outdoor dining table and a new large hot tub that the owners use sometimes, so we will block out times for you to use it in privacy without the owners bothering you.  There is one bedroom with a deluxe king bed, as well as a brand new full futon bed in the front room. We can provide one travel crib (pack n play), one baby high-chair, and one self-inflating twin bed kit, on request free of charge. Additional cribs, high-chairs, or beds can be provided, but each additional item will cost extra. A baby stroller can be provided free of charge. Please request these additional items ahead of time in order to guarantee their availability, as any last-minute requests are not guaranteed. The home is on the lower level of a home and a very friendly, quiet couple lives above you.  They spend most of their time on the top story of their home so they are rarely right above you and you will probably never even notice they are there.  No pets are allowed. The hot tub is a shared amenity with the homeowners. Guests can schedule whatever times they would like and the homeowners will work around that, but times must be scheduled to avoid awkward overlap. You will never have to be in the hot tub with strangers as long as you schedule your time with us, and you get first dibs on times.

This home is located in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Salt Lake City. It is surrounded by historic homes and mansions, and is on a very quiet street with hardly any traffic whatsoever. The neighborhood is incredibly walkable and has lots of great views looking down on the city. This is a very quiet neighborhood and we do not allow parties or gatherings of any kind at this property.
