Located in a quiet residential neighborhood - everything is close! Visit the bike/water sports rental at the end of the street and launch your paddle board or kayak right near the house. Or take a relaxing bike ride on the ocean boardwalk to the Balboa "Fun Zone." Combine it with a ferry ride and visit Balboa Island for a nice lunch. If you have little ones, "Mom's beach" and Marina Park on the bay is a stone's throw away. Surf classes are also offered at our beach. We have a local farmers market every Sunday with fresh bread, pastries, honey, organic fruits, etc. There's so much to take advantage of right here and you'll be in one of the best locations in Newport.
