This elegant condo is nestled in a quiet valley on the Swan River surrounded by beautiful mountain and wooded views. The complex is centrally located between Frisco and Breckenridge - two quaint towns where you’ll find plenty to see and do. This home boasts a fireplace and direct access out the back door for a hike on the Colorado Trail, bike, walk along the river, or spend the day fishing. There is also a newly remodeled community hot tub available for guests to use! Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Centrally located between the towns of Frisco and Breckenridge -- approximately 5 miles to each town. A path for the Colorado Trail (North and Middle Forks of the Swan River) is out the back door. This 500 mile long trail travels through the spectacular Colorado Rocky Mountains amongst peaks with lakes, creeks and diverse ecosystems. Fishing, biking and walking trails give you numerous options for taking in the beauty of the area. The free Summit Stage bus is a 5 minute walk away and offers free public bus service throughout Summit County, Colorado, including lodging, town centers, retail areas, medical centers, and some residential areas.
