After enjoying a robust cup of morning coffee on the deck, take the whole crew to the lake to find the perfect fishing spot to try your luck. Rent a boat to get into deeper waters where the bigger trout will be waiting. Go over to Lake Tahoe to rent a jet ski or a kayak to explore the sapphire waters, or hang out on the beach to play a game of volleyball with new friends. Please note: With the remote location of this property, there is no internet or cable. There is a cell phone booster in the cabin so that people can still get service, but it is spotty. This is a property for people who want to disconnect from the outside world. Be sure to print out your home guide before arriving! ANIMALS: Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, ants, spiders and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home. Guests are responsible for all fines (homeowner's fines included) for non-compliance of any City and/or County ordinances. Children 5 years of age and under do not count towards occupancy.
