I'm an emergency physician, internist, urgent care operator, wannabe author and repeatedly failing entrepreneur. Most of all though, I am immensely grateful for everything around me in this accidental universe. I say failing because I believe it's the only way to succeed, and also because it makes the winning even sweeter when it happens. I meditate, travel, do TaeKwonDo and listen to audiobooks. I aim to focus on catering well to my guests, just like I believe it's important to focus on my patients. I have been hosting teams for meditation and mindfulness at my suites since June 2016 and have been so fortunate to have an overwhelming demand from Day 1, with guests from around the world. They can be left to their own devices (meaning no interference from me or my people in the form of guided meditation, acupuncture, yoga and all that new age mumbo-jumbo) or they can use our services. Either way, the goal is for you and your group to have a rejuvenating and team-bonding experience, whether it's just 2 of you or 20 of you! My job is to ensure that your visit surpasses your expectations. I also love hosting guests that are new to meditation and mindfulness.

This is quite probably the best spot to stay in Downtown St. Louis. You are close to everything. You have got all the creature comforts (aka amenities) that you need. Many guests even spend more time in the accommodation than they do visiting other places. To us, that's awesome, but please go look at the City too! The vibes from the locals are one of the great things about this amazing neighborhood! You can easily get here via metro from the airport. The 8th Pine metro stop is just a 5 minute walk away.
