Property information

Set back from the street, the five apartments are arranged along a secluded interior courtyard. Built in the 1960's, it has a traditional South Florida feeling but has been updated with central air, sound-dampening windows. From the bedrooms to the living rooms to the kitchens, all apartments are furnished and equipped for longer stays. Everything is new as of October, 2018. Kitchens: units with kitchens are equipped for real cooking with Calphalon pots and pans and Henckels knives (the same as I have in my own house). A good assortment of utensils for cooking and baking. A full-size refrigerator and a real stove, oven, microwave and coffee maker. Dishes for four. Bedrooms: queen-size bed with medium-firm coil spring mattress. Full-size dresser and closet. Living rooms: the couch is a sofa-bed for occasional guests. You can access the bathroom without going through the bedroom.

Neighbourhood information

Residential, middle class, and very walkable. There are many restaurants on Wilton Drive, just 0.7 miles away. A major grocery store (Publix) is less than a mile away.
