This two-bedroom, two-bath is a corner unit that lends itself to privacy and provides views of the streaming water from the interior koi ponds.  This beautifully decorated and spacious condo has an open-floor plan with a well- appointed kitchen, dining room, and living room that opens onto a 500 square foot covered lanai where you can enjoy relaxing meals and the beautiful Hawaiian sunsets over the ocean. Condo is air-conditioned and has cable and high-speed internet. Living Room: Includes a sofa sleeper allowing for an occupancy of  6 guests Kitchen: Well-stocked kitchen with granite counters, built-in microwave and oven with cooktop. Full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stack washer and dryer and small appliances to enjoy your vacation stay. Bedroom 1: King Bed master unit with full bathroom including double sinks and shower. Bedroom 2: California King guest bedroom with full bathroom with large tub/shower combo. Lanai: A covered 500 square foot lanai has sliding doors from the living area and the Master bedroom.  There is a dining table, two chaise lounges, and sitting area to enhance enjoying the best of Hawaiian outdoor living. The Shores is a beautifully landscaped gated property with five Koi ponds, an elevator, numbered parking, well-maintained swimming pool, jetted spa, two tennis courts, an air-conditioned exercise room and outdoor barbecues. Waikoloa Beach Resort is nestled around the beautiful crescent-shaped white sand beach of Anaeho'omalu Bay, an area steeped in Hawaiian history with petroglyphs preserved on the King’s trail that wanders through the area, ancient fish ponds with a walking trail to the beach. Nearby historical spots on the coast including King Kamehameha’s birthplace. Minimum night varies seasonally 4 - 10 nights. Property is non-ADA compliant, non-smoking, and no pets.
