Maximum Day Time & Night Time Occupancy is 10, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age. Sleeping Arrangements for 9. 2. Parking for 2 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round. 3. 22 Steps from the parking pad, uphill to the property. 4. Main access to the home is through the gable end slider door. 5. The gas BBQ grill is only available in the summer. 6. There is construction taking place in this neighborhood, some in close proximity to this property. The HOA has rules in place pertaining to hours of work, noise, etc; however, some nuisance should be expected. 7. This property has a metal roof. During the winter months, the side access is purposefully restricted. Ingress and egress goes through the front sliding door which is on the gable end of the property. 8. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties.
