Cozy 2BR 1bath entire home duplex with original 1950s kitchen located in a wooded area near Rainer Beach. It has hardwood floors, fireplace, washer/dryer and fully stocked kitchen. The bathroom has been updated. The kitchen DOES NOT have a dishwasher. The house is located across the street from a fire station. Located by a wooded area so there will bugs and insects in the house and outside. This is a diverse neighborhood so please ensure your group is comfortable with diverse people.
