Property information

These functional resort villas are 2.7 miles from Kissimmee Golf Club and 7.9 miles from Walt Disney World Resort. Bright 1- and 2-bedroom quarters come with kitchens, washer/dryers and cable TV, as well as separate living areas with pull-out sofas. There are 2 outdoor pools, a hot tub and a poolside tiki bar/restaurant, as well as a fitness center. Other amenities include a basketball court, an arcade and a convenience store*. Guests also have access to free Wi-Fi in an Internet cafe, plus complimentary shuttles to Walt Disney World. * Due to pandemic, shared activity areas are closed until further notice!

Neighbourhood information

This neighborhood is a amazing. Once coming to the property one will see that this neighborhood is very safe and friendly. They're schools nearby in the area as well. Also they are a variety of activities and attractions have been built around the Disney complex, and in areas nearby (mostly south of town). The area plays host to some 50 million tourists each year, and has also developed a convention industry second only to Las Vegas. The good news is that most of the tourist activity is confined to the that south and southwestern portion of the city. Kissimmee is part of this explosion south, and is strongly connected to the tourist industries, but it has a nice small and historic downtown area.The area has also become a popular headquarters location for service businesses, including restaurateurs Darden, Hard Rock Café and Ruths Chris Steakhouse.
