Located in the garden courtyard of the main house, right on the historic Venice Canals, the Guest Studio has a completely private, secure room that is luxuriously furnished, featuring an organic full size mattress, a flat screen TV with streaming, fast Wi-Fi, original art and a porch with outdoor seating. Shared amenities include: a stand-up paddle board, a vintage row boat, a bike with a helmet and lights, a beach chair & umbrella, the laundry room. Sorry there is NO parking space available. Street parking is available nearby.

Abbot Kinney Boulevard is a quick bike ride or 15 min walk away. You'll find foodie hot spots, stylish boutiques and coffee bars.
