This rare Venice Canals Guest Studio is just 2 blocks from the beach. Located in the garden courtyard of the main house, right on the historic Venice Canals, the Guest Studio has a completely private, secure room that is luxuriously furnished, featuring an organic full size mattress, a flat screen TV with streaming, fast Wi-Fi, original art and a porch with outdoor seating. Shared amenities include: a stand-up paddle board, a vintage row boat, a bike with a helmet and lights, a beach chair & umbrella, the laundry room. Sorry there is NO parking space available. Street parking is available nearby.

Known for its bohemian spirit, Venice is a buzzing beach town with upscale restaurants and shopping. The Guest Studio is located in the Venice Canals historic district, a residential wetlands community with birds, boating, eclectic homes and gardens. The free-spirited Ocean Front Venice boardwalk is a few blocks away with access to the beach, bike path, the skate park and roller disco park, paddle tennis courts, muscle beach, souvenir shops, street performers and incredible murals and public art. Abbot Kinney Boulevard is a quick bike ride or 15 min walk away. You'll find foodie hot spots, stylish boutiques and coffee bars.
