The spacious and luxurious Villa Spain in the most sought area of Cape Coral offers everything you are looking for. - You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form by the cardholder, which can be done electronically. The minimum age to place a reservation is 25 years. Access to the home can be restricted if requirements are not completed. - This property requires an energy contribution payment of 0.22 cents per KWh plus tax. A hold of 15 dollars per day is required and will be placed on your card prior to your arrival. The actual amount will be charged after your stay based on your energy consumption. - Holidays: No check-in nor check-out is available on December 24th, 25th, 31st, and January 1st. Please note it when placing your reservation. - There is a 500 dollar security deposit required. It will be a hold on your credit card, placed two days before arrival, and released 10 days after departure if no accidents happened. - Please note that the garage is being used by the owner and you won't have access to it. - There are security cameras at the front and on the sides of the house.
