The Resort Hosts are onsite most of the time, to make sure everything is going great during your stay. Our condo resort does have an age restriction, with the minimum age for check-in being 25. The registered adult for the room must be one of the occupants staying in that condo unit, as you can not rent for someone else. Our resort has three floors, and no elevators. Ground floor rooms cannot be guaranteed in advance. Please know, though it is rare, there are times when you may have to move rooms. Starting September 12, 2020, our office hours are Monday – Thursday from 9 am to 4 pm, and on Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. The office will be closed on Saturday and Sundays.

Village By The Gulf is located on West Beach, 1 1/2 miles from the intersection of Highway 59 and Highway 182. Village is a small condominium complex consisting of Twenty, two and three bedroom, two bath units. The condo is located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. On site there is an outdoor swimming pool, covered pavilion with bar-b-q grill, miniature golf and playground, shuffleboard court, basketball goal and a small playground for the children. We do not have equipment available at the front desk, we do not offer bicycle rentals, and we do have high speed internet.

Neighborhood info

Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and DVR. The three bedrooms have a king size bed in the master, two twins in the second and a queen bed in the third. The two bedrooms have a king size in the master bedroom, two twins in the second and a queen size sleeper sofa. All units have a maximum occupancy of 6 people (including children). All units have two bathrooms and outside sitting area.
