Credit cards are the only form of payment at the property. They will reach out shortly after booking to make a full payment to secure your reservation.
Please note that the whole apartment complex has quarterly pest control spraying approved by the State of Hawaii, the US EPA, and the US Department of Agriculture for residential use. We cannot predict the exact date and time of arrival at the apartment; however, it is between 08:00 and 17:00 on the day the personnel arrive. The unit must be vacated for 10-15 minutes, or guests must reside on the balcony during that 10-15 minutes.
Please note that construction work is taking place nearby from July 4, 2025, to September 1, 2025, and there may be a traffic delay.
