The Hatcher Pass Public Use Area is roughly 13 miles away, where you can gold pan, berry pick and hike in the summer, or mountain ski, sled and snowshoe in the winter. Any golfers in your group will want to bring their clubs, with Sleepy Hollow Golf Course just about 10 minutes away, Settlers Bay Golf Course 25 minutes away, and 2 fantastic courses in the greater Palmer area. Downtown Wasilla is roughly 4 miles away, where you can explore the shops and local art galleries or make a stop into the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Museum.
