Situated on a canal on West Bay in Jamaica Beach, “Pelican Nest” is an immaculate 3BR/2BA home with a prime locale next to Galveston Island State Park. Head just over 1 mile to the coastline or take the kayaks on a Gulf adventure. Enjoy lazy afternoons on the amazing outdoor spaces, followed by an alfresco meal on the sunset deck. LIVING AREA Natural light floods the welcoming living room, furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa, love seat, and 50” TV. KITCHEN & DINING Whip up delectable creations in the sparkling kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances and ample counter space. When it’s time to eat, both the dining table and kitchen island accommodate four. BED & BATH This two-story home sleeps up to seven guests between three bedrooms and the sleeper sofa in the living room. The master suite is located downstairs with a separate exterior entrance (there is no interior stairway). This private retreat is furnished with a king-size bed, recliner, and 42” TV. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower.
