Something different. Country setting 23 acres and only 10 minutes to downtown Binghamton.
Newly renovated spacious efficiency apartment with ALL the comforts of home, whether your staying for 1 night stay or many nights. Linens, pots, pans, towels provided.
Offering accommodations for people traveling with horses too at some point. This is farm and farmhouse with its own private efficiency apartment.
After city living for the past 24yrs it was time for us to move to the country. We are slowly but surely fulfilling our dream by getting this 23 acre horse farm on its feet again. There have not been horses here for over 30 years.
We are in the country but only about 10 mostly highway minutes to Binghamton. It makes quick travel for grocery shopping or restaurants, hospitals and downtown.
