The house is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood just blocks from Des Moines Harley Davidson, the Brass Armadillo Antique Mall and Goode Greenhouses. This neighborhood is a great Des Moines secret - nearly every home is on at least an acre of property. Close to coffee shops, restaurants, cultural attractions, and plenty of pubs and bars. It's far enough from downtown to get that city-rural feel but close enough to get downtown quickly - about 10 minutes by car. It's a short 1.5 mile ride to the closest bike trail that will provide you full access to all of Central Iowa' s famous bike trails. Free secluded parking on the property. One of my vehicles will likely be parked towards the back of the property also.
