Perfect for singles, couples or disabled or professionals for short or long term in this well situated quiet & spacious home, 1 Min. walk to Subway will whisk you in 10 Min. to Manhattan. With great bars and other amenities all around.... Beautiful Garden to use as well as shared Kitchen and Livingroom and full bathroom. Just around the corner there's Stand-Up Comedy shows 3 nights a week, as well as Jazz evenings, and Disco party nights. I have keypads that open with a 4 digit code on this room and other rooms in the house for everyone’s privacy. This room is the warmest and coziest of all. Quiet Green private Garden directly out of your window and lots of space for hanging clothes and holding luggage for easy to reach access. Room for two, can also be ice cold with AC. Plenty of space and hangers to store and hang your clothes. I would like to reiterate that the parking is free street parking but not guaranteed and is up to your luck to find a spot, usually, I manage to find a spot to park right across the street from the house - but this varies during holidays and special dates...

Walking distance from the property you have a few Subway lines that will take you everywhere including Manhattan in just a 10 minute ride ! Restaurants, Grocery shopping, theatre, bars, cafes, vintage clothing stores, Etc.
