Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to weather, tide levels and operating conditions. Excursion boat will be used during the 2nd day for deeper exploration of the bay. Swimming, kayaking or snorkeling excursions may be cancelled due to poor weather. Unused services are not subject to a refund. Meals on board are fusion: Vietnamese, seafood and international. Guests should advise any special food preferences, allergies or dietary requirement at least one (1) week prior to the departure date. Advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport name and visa expiry date for all passengers.

All guests must provide the following information 3 days before arrival:

- Full name

- Passport name

- Nationality

- Date of birth

- Vietnam expiry visa date (if applicable)

Rates are not inclusive of transportation from Hanoi to Halong and from Halong back to Hanoi. Please contact the cruise office directly for more details about transportation price, time and pick-up point.

For Car pick up service, guest must provide address for pick up at least 1 day before departure.

Please take note that the check-in and key-collection take place at Tuan Chau Port.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform Genesis Cruise in advanced of your expected arrival time. You can use Special requests box when booking or contact the property directly with contact details provided in your confirmation.
