ADDITIONAL RULES: 1. Please be aware that this property requires guests to acknowledge and sign additional documentation regarding the rules and regulations. Guests are also required to submit copies of their identification documents for access purposes. 2. All paperwork, ID copies, and vehicle registration details must reach us no later than 48 hours before arrival. Any late submissions will be declined and you will not have access to the property. 3. The house will be for a maximum of 2 guests per bedroom & no additional guests may sleep in the rooms or common areas during your stay. Day visitors are not permitted. 4. Please ensure that the property is secure when you are not home. Kindly close all windows & doors behind you when leaving the premises. 5. Smoking is strictly prohibited in this home. Guests are only permitted to smoke outdoors. Guests will be charged an additional fee to cover the costs of deep cleaning. 6. There is a zero tolerance policy for noise in this home regardless of the time of day. Any disturbance to neighbours and fellow residents will not be tolerated. 7. This home will not be rented to groups wanting to have any parties. 8. Please note that we will invoice you for your stay. Securing payment of 50% of total accommodation) is due on presentation of invoice in order to secure your booking. Final payment is due 4 weeks before arrival. Should you receive this invoice within the 4 week period, full payment will be due on presentation of invoice. 9. We do charge a refundable breakage deposit that is equivalent to 1 night. This will be refunded to you 5 days after departure. 10. Please note that there are bank charges that apply to all credit card fees. The charges are between 3%-5% of the total amount.
