Set within the natural beauty of Keurbooms, in a secure estate, is this lovely beach cottage with beautiful first-row sea views. A welcoming patio overlooking the ocean creates a beautiful space to dine on a balmy summer’s evening while taking in the changing sky with shades of pink while listening to the sound of the ocean. The living area is light and airy with an open plan lounge and kitchen area. There are three comfortable bedrooms with the master bedroom opening up onto the patio and garden where rolling lawns lead directly down to Keurbooms Beach. End the day off with long walks across the stretch of beautiful sand, catching glimpses of dolphins passing by. This property is perfectly located in a private beach front estate with direct beach access and has a well kept garden area surrounding it. There is an inverter for use during power outages and covered parking for one car at the cottage. Additional open parking is available within the estate. The estate also has a large communal swimming pool. This property sleeps a maximum of 6 people including children and babies and is best suited for 4 adults and 2 children. Please note that there is direct access to the beach from the property and estate. There is a refundable breakage deposit of R2000 which is collected by bank transfer and refunded back to the tenant by bank transfer. *Payment for the booking is collected by bank transfer.
