Newly renovated, clean and well maintained property. The property is perfect for guests looking for peace and tranquility whilst being accessible to Cape Town's most iconic sites.

Loevenstein is centrally located, established and spread over the Tygerberg Hills with beautiful views of the Boland Mountains, False Bay and at some points even Table Mountain. It has the easiest access to the N1 and hospitals. There is a lot of opportunity for outdoor activity and the Tygerberg Nature Reserve, Bellville Golf Course and Majik Forest is a just a few kilometres away. This family orientated neighbourhood is only 36 kilometres from Stellenbosch and winelands, 10 kilometres from the Grand West Casino and 15 kilometres from Bloubergstrand.
