Beautiful Modern BeachFront Penthouse offering breathtaking views with direct access to the Langebaan lagoon. Situated in the heart of the Langebaan Waterfront within walking proximity of the best restaurants, bars, and cafes. A Holiday paradise offering luxurious accommodation for up to 6 adults in 3 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Conveniently located within walking distance to the Spar and Pharmacy. 7-minute drive to Laguna Mall, Club Mykonos Resort and Casino, and West Coast National Park. The Property is located in a Safe and Secure Apartment Building on the Langebaan BeachFront. About the Property: 3 Spacious bedrooms with a Double Bed in each room. 2 Bathrooms both with their own Showers. Additionally, a study room is located on the property, and a modern Fully Equipped kitchen with a Gas Stove. Smart TV, and uncapped Fibre WIFI - The mini UPS ensures that the WIFI remains working during load-shedding. Earlier check-in, and later check-out will happily be accommodated on the assumption that no other guests are checking in/checking out.
