From start to finish was a great experience! Communication with the hosts was professional and to the point. Hosts was friendly and very helpful / informative. The house is extremely well equipped which makes cooking / BBQ / relaxing a pleasure. Nooitgedacht is the ultimate in Farm Stay. We will definitely be back.

Nooitgedacht Country House is a 5 min drive from Joubertsdal and it situated on 300 hectares of farmland and natural fynbos with stunning views of the Langeberge. This Moroccan style home exudes romantic charm. Each room is breathtaking in its own way, and flows easily into the rest of the house. The aesthetic of the architecture and style is rivalled only by the uniqueness of the finishes and furnishings. The main bedroom and second bedrooms are both furnished with king-size beds, while the third room has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has a double bed. All 4 bedrooms are on-suite each with its own bathroom. There is a 5th and 6th bedroom too, ideally for children or family with 2 singles in each. This house sleeps a total of 12 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including the added convenience of a coffee machine. Space for dining is located both inside the house and on the patio, with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The lounge area has plenty of comfortable seating around a large and welcoming fireplace. Relax in the splash pool or bask in the sun on the loungers - the perfect setting to wind down.
Hi, my name is Danielle de Wet, I am the owner of this stunning property which is located on one of our working farms. It is a fully equipped self catering country home which will defnitely exceed all expectations. I am always available at all times during your stay, if I don't come to meet you my right hand Meagon will. The farm is perfect for hiking or biking or just relaxing next to the splashpool. Defnitely a perfect hideaway!
