In the very heart of Stellenbosch, Studio 23 is a stone’s throw from everything that makes up the fabric of this historic & trendy town. The safe neighbourhood is a short walk from the University, Botanical Gardens, Coetzenberg Stadium & Mountain Trail, Restaurants, Museums, Galleries, Shops & more. There's a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine & all you need for self catering. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING, this may affect your decision to stay with us. - the Apartment is on the 1st Floor. - there is no elevator in the building. - we do not service daily. - the Apartment is serviced once a week for stays of 7 nights or longer. Loadshedding backup includes gas cooker, uninterrupted WiFi & lights. 25% DISCOUNT FOR STAYS OF OVER 30 NIGHTS.
We fell in love with Stellenbosch when our daughters became students at the University. We soon became frequent visitors! 2024 will mark our 25th year as Hosts. We're proud to say that our "first born" award winning creation, Moon Shine on Whiskey Creek, became somewhat famous under our custodianship! Sticking to what we know and love, we wanted to invest in our favourite area in Stellenbosch. Huis Piron ticked all the boxes.
Across the road from the Botanical Gardens, a short stroll to Campus, Town, Galleries & Restaurants. Huis Piron is perfectly situated in a lovely safe neighbourhood to explore on foot.
