Every night they serve drinks in the orangery that is great… Location is great, 5-10 min Easley into the town for lots of restaurants and bars and close by to the Tram terminal So many small touches that make a huge difference -complimentary drinks throughout our stay!! - sunhats/sun cream on the beds ready for guests - bicycles to cycle round I would highly recommend this hotel and will 100% be back again!

There aren't enough words to describe what a little slice of heaven the Last Word is. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and welcoming. Conrad and his team were so welcoming and attentive to all our needs. They were helpful and informative, giving you advice on things to do but also space to explore. The attention to detail is unmatched. Small gestures such as a thoughtful dessert on your bed at the end of the day, were just some of the ways they made our stay special. The facilities are luxurious, the location is perfect for exploring Franschhoek on foot. The only negative feeling we had during our entire stay was having to leave. Would recommend 100 times over. Thank you!
