The staff, were the best! Front desk was super helpful and worked with the bar staff to get us set up to watch a Canadian Olympic hockey game on the big screen! They all went above and beyond with helpful information and making our stay super easy. The lobby, bar and rooms were very clean. The beds were really comfortable (and I'm picky because I have a bad back). Good wifi and tv service. Close to many restaurants and shops and a grocery store right across the street. We didn't have time to do the breakfast but I know the price was really reasonable. We will definitely be back here again when visiting Lisbon. Parking was easy as well.

I liked the room and it had all facilities i needed for my stay, especially it was quiet during the night and breakfast duration was very nice, from 6 am until noon, which is rare in other hotels in Europe. Additionally, one of the receptionists was so funny that it made my day at times :)
