The staff, specially a recepcionist called Patrick, promptly helped us with a serious family issue. The Ibis manager also helped us with everything, they showed a lot of understanding, empathy, sympathy and respect for us. Btw, the breakfast was wonderful and the hotel is well located.

Ibis Praha Wenceslas Square is located in the heart of Prague’s business area, approximately a 5 minutes' walk from the Wenceslass Square. Very nice staff, great location and clean room.

Hotel Ibis Praha Old Town se nahaja v središču Prage, 100 m od starega mestnega jedra in le nekaj korakov od glavne nakupovalne ulice Na Porici. The location is fantastic. It is close to the city centre, metro, trams, mall, bus and train station.The premium rooms are nice and comfortable. They were cleaned every day. The stuff was friendly.
