The place is very nice and clean, close to the canal and nice restaurants. The breakfast was really good and staff were very friendly. I would recommend IBIS Martigues as a really nice and affordable hotel.

We were received by some one that was not well formed. He took hours to check us in. He was nice but you could see he was not on top of the situation. There was a lot of noise in the parking and we had a bad time getting to sleep.

ibis Marseille Gare Saint Charles is 1.6 km from the Vieux Port and Joliette district. The hotel offers a bar with a terrace equipped with a boules court and free boules. Everything! Our room was so comfortable and welcoming. The dinner we ate at the hotel was delicious. And we were so blessed that the train station was so close. Wonderful location.
