The staff was really kind the previous night we suffered a terrible experience on another hotel but there kindness definitely change our Milano perspective, thank you very much guys for that.

I arrived at midnight tired from travel and the man at the desk made me feel I had arrived home. Wish I could remember his name. Excellent person not just a desk clerk.
