The location, it is one block off the beach, which gives it the fabulous views, without all the loud noise. The balcony is what I unexpectedly enjoyed, working on my computer with the water view, and the quiet, and the beautiful space. The owner is a really honest and dedicated owner, so that you feel he is taking care of you while you are there, in the way a small hotel does. He told me I didn't owe him more money when I tried to pay for additional things that I thought I should, which was a fun experience in true honesty and care. I stayed on the 3rd floor, which I would recommend.
