El personal és molt atent i cordial, sempre disposat a ajudar en el que calgui. En especial, volem agrair l'atenció d'en Jose, que va ser molt amable amb nosaltres. Està al costat de Luzerna i és un bon punt de partida per visitar el Mont Pilatus, el Rigi i altres punts d'interès cultural i paisagístic.
