The staff is amazing and makes you feel right at home! The rooms are clean and the buffet is amazing! Make sure you also visit the gym for a good workout and the spa to pamper yourself! If you have the chance stay here!

I stayed there for my friend's birthday, Sana from Guest Relations got us a celebration cake and the reception and housekeeping made up the room with balloons and happy birthday sign. My friend absolutely loved it. We stayed 3 in the king room and it was perfect size for us, with enough room for us to have a pleasant dinner in the room. Manager Mahmoud, front office Reception Ahmed who is very helpful and nothing was to much trouble, Hany who gave excellent service every morning at breakfast, Finally Ali Al Toukhy who is a very hard working always with smile at the garden bar terrace, having staff like this made our stay extremely enjoyable. Definitely will be staying in Swiss Inn Pyramids again.

Especially the one of the front desk. Rahma is the most professional and positive person, together with Aisha. People who helps with the room maintenance are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is small and cute and you can use the facilities of the next door 5 starts hotel: Swiss inn Golf Resort . And if you want to make a shopping you can find Shopping Mall of Egypt. The waiters at the breakfast and dinner area are great and helpful. Ms. Nourhan and Mr. Sadek are very friendly and professional, they were very welcoming and accommodating to our requests. Thanks alot for every thing, it was my 2nd booking in one month, but this time during the Eid festival, stuff is awesome, food quality during the EID was perfect, every thing is amazing, my daughters were very happy with swimming pool and golf view, with a kind touch with big actor khaled Elsawy (great person and very friendly specially with childrens) Also party and music, after dinner were very very nice.. Really we enjoyed the Eid festival in swiss!! Thanks alot again!!!!
