Set in the vicinity of the Attersee Lake, Gasthof Steinbichler provides accommodation with a free sauna and à la carte restaurant serving Austrian cuisine. I was happy to find this guesthouse while randomly searching for a place with a lake view in the area during this low season. A brand new or perfectly renovated house, clean and modern rooms, a million dollar view from the "Deluxe Double Room With Balcony". Doors can be open for the abundance of the fresh air which is important to me. The owner and the staff go the extra mile even when only two rooms were occupied at the time. A nice dinner was served for the guests, and the breakfast was continental but of a very good quality and had everything we needed, fresh. The location is quiet and a good distance from the road. Very green and ecological, even while I'm very far from being a Green party supporter. It's a great starting point for exploring the mountain lakes of the region. The parking is free and a car is a must. There is a playground on the southern side of the building which may become a source of disturbance during the high season, not an issue when empty. Danke Schoen! Will be back again for sure.

Located in Lenzing, 38 km from Ried Exhibition Centre, Gästehaus Leimer Bräu provides accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking and a restaurant. Close to Attersee. The swimming pool and the garden is brand new with amazing country side views. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.

Located in Schörfling, Gasthof zur Post features a garden, terrace, restaurant, and free WiFi throughout the property. At the inn, rooms include a wardrobe. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, I felt well taken care of.
