The hosts were some of the most amazing people we met on our trip. They were very attentionnate, kind and respectfull and they had prepared a few surprises for us (hand crafter soap, caramel popcorn, natural maple water shampoo...) that all was included in the price of the room. The room was super clean, the included breakfeast was delicious and we even had access to a small gym and a spa. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to have a great sleeping experience on their trip.

New management since 2025, looking forward to welcoming you to Charlevoix. Located in the centre of Baie-Saint-Paul, this guest accommodation offers a cable TV in each unit. The property was so clean and súper accesible to the town, but what I thought was the best was the actual room, it was so big and super comfortable. The host was also the best part, he was super attentive and nice and accommodating! Best place to stay in Quebec!

Very friendly reception (open till 22h). Checkout till 11 am (later than the standard). Rooms are very spacious, beds are good, sheets are clean and soft! Bathroom is also big! They pay attention to detail and provide tissues in various places and amenities (shampoo, body wash, lotion). It was the birthday of my girlfriend and thanks to the hotel staff i managed to arrange a bottle of sparkling wine. The living room is huge and free to use for all! Did not take breakfast, looks nice (like on the pictures)

Beautiful upper floor corner room #12 with wrap around balcony. Nice views, spacious room with comfortable king bed, sitting area, and large bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Delicious full breakfast included in the price and served in a pretty dining room. Very friendly innkeepers and staff. Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

We liked everything..excellent two night stay …Breakfast was healthy delicious and plentiful. Our room was spotless..had everything we needed and more ..very comfortable and quiet The proprietor was very friendly and very informative…spoke English and French Highly recommend eating dinner ..we ate one night at the other restaurant and the restaurant at this property was way superior and less money Do not miss the opportunity to stay here ..good value

We were greeted by Liese who was extremely friendly, anticipated our questions and gave suggestions on walking the area and on where to eat. The inn is located in an area of beautiful homes set on a hillside overlooking the bay. Flowers abound, the air is clean. The inn is sparkling clean, has inviting sitting areas including a gorgeous sunroom and a room with a fireplace that is lit in the winter. Breakfast is set out in a "serve yourself" style and includes boiled eggs, locally sourced cheeses and pate, muffins made by a local baker. It can be eaten inside or outside on a patio overlooking the bay. Truly, this is an amazing place.
