The staff were very welcoming and attentive to all our needs. When the heating in one of the rooms didn’t work, they immediately brought us a portable radiator. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary coffee, even though breakfast was not included in our booking. Despite our late arrival, the team kindly greeted us and accompanied us to our rooms to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The rooms themselves are newly renovated, very clean, and beautifully designed. Highly recommend !

Boasting a terrace, a restaurant as well as a bar, KB CityRooms Self-Check-In is situated in the centre of Luzern, 700 metres from Lucerne Station. The location is excellent, in close proximity of the train station and Chapel Bridge. The apartment was spacious and clean. The staff was helpful. Self check-in and check-out were convenient.

Opened in 2012, Gasthaus zum Ochsen in Grosswangen, a 20-minute drive from Lucerne, offers you fine Mediterranean cuisine and modern rooms with flat-screen cable TV and free WiFi and free private... The manager and all the staff were amazingly responsive to anything we needed. We asked for an extra fan because it was during a heat wave and they sent one to our room before we even arrived back from our activities for the day. When our 3-year-old left his stuffed animal, they found it and mailed it back to us. Breakfast was tailored to our group size, tasty, and ready at a time we prearranged - and all for a very affordable price - especially in Switzerland. We stayed in the apartment, which had a well-equipped kitchen, new IKEA furniture, and plenty of space for our large group.
