Everything was perfect, nice room, nice bathroom, all together a lovely and cozy hotel. We also had dinner in the hotel, the food was very good! Breakfast did not have many things to choose from. I think this was because there were not that many people in the hotel. Breakfast had everything we needed so it does not devalue our opinion of the hotel. The hostess was nice and gracious. If you are near this hotel I recommend booking this one, it is so nice and quiet in the little village.

I had the pleasure of staying at this charming guesthouse for a few days, and I am absolutely thrilled with my experience. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, always ensuring guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. The breakfasts were fantastic – a wide variety of fresh options to suit everyone's taste. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, which added an extra level of comfort. A standout feature was the complimentary in-room mini bar, stocked daily with water, juices, and beer – such a thoughtful touch! Right behind the house, there’s a small hill with a free ski lift, perfect for beginner skiers or kids who want to enjoy skiing or sledding. It was a delightful and convenient option for some fun in the snow! The location is also a major plus – situated right next to a train station, making it easy to access, and just a short distance from proper ski slopes. The surrounding area is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views that make it a true winter wonderland. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable, and conveniently located spot for a mountain getaway. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🌟⛷️

Typical Ticino-style Pensione Olanda is 1 km from the Madonna del Sasso pilgrimage church, and features garden and a terrace, furnished with deckchairs and offering panoramic views of Locarno and Lake... Very cute room (with a sink) and a beautiful view of the mountains and lake. Davide made the whole stay extremely pleasant, I especially loved reading out on the terrace which had an even better panoramic view. Buffet breakfast in the morning was very homely and delicious, lots of homemade goodies that I enjoyed everyday. No 3 bus made it very easy to get from the main town to the mountains, and it felt remote and quiet. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

A big big plus is that they are one of the very few in the region that accepts pets. The exceptionally friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more memorable.

Set at 2,225 metres above sea level, Berghaus Männlichen offers a sun terrace with great views of the Swiss Alps, a self-service restaurant, and a children’s playground. Berghaus Männlichen is something that you have to experience. A wonderful view of the mountains from your room. Hiking routes starting right outside your door. Amazing service by warm people who care. We really enjoyed our stay at Berghaus Männlichen. A few tips: Keep in mind the cable car schedules to make sure you get up there before it closes. There is a cafeteria and a restaurant as part of the hotel, they already made a dinner reservation at the restaurant for us, which was great!
