Henkilökunta ei paikalla, kun saavuin hotelliin klo 19:00. Huone ok, mutta kulunut. Onneksi ulkolämpötila oli vain 13 astetta. Muuten huoneessa olisi vielä lämpimämpää. Ei ilmastointia, ilmanvaihto ikkunaa avaamalla. Ei mitään palveluja hotellissa, oli mentävä lähikauppaan ja lähiravintolaan. Aamiainen ihan ok.

Huone oli siisti ja hilja ,palveluja olivat ystävällinen ,avulias ja erittäin kiltti .jos pitä taas matkustan Baselin varan uudellen tämä hotelli ,oli erittäin hyvää .lähellä oli juna joka helposti voit kulkea keskusta ,hotellin ympäristö oli kauppa sekä ravintola .
