I liked the location, vicinity to my business partners, quietness, the friendlyness of the staff, kitchen (Michael?) and the reception ladies are great. The hotel does not offer dinner, but there are two pretty good restaurants in walking distance. Also for doing sports like running or cycling it is a great place to start.

I loved absolutely everything there! The location, the view from my room, comfort, restaurant, cuisine, the owners are so friendly and attentive (they where available not only at dinner but at the breakfast too, that I loved so much). I thought this would be my transition point (I were traveling to Italy), but no, I had an amazing rest!

From the outside, it looks like many other Swiss guest houses, but once inside, you realise how nice it is. The staff are friendly. The room was very spacious with a large bathroom and a large patio. The food in the restaurant was much better than we expected while still being a reasonable price. In summer you can eat outside in the courtyard. Breakfast was also excellent. There are many great hiking trails close by.

Dinner was exceptional. Really outstanding food, creative and novel, with delightful wines and a relaxed and easy atmosphere. Superb view from South facing rooms, across what seems to be half of Switzerland- stunning. Everything is finished to a high standard, even for Switzerland, with a relaxed feel to the interior design that managed to be both traditional and contemporary. A lovely bathroom.
