She prepared a really delicious meal for us too, surprised us with decoration for our honeymoon and turned on the whirlpool just for us. Everything was great and it's a good spot to start to the quiltao Lagune and rest when it's raining.

Very conveniently located near ruins. Churrasco is great, tried both with chicken and beef (make sure you have an empty stomach, it's quite a portion).

The staff are amazing, and the owner is exceptionally helpful — from personally guiding us to the room, holding our luggage for 3 days, helping flag down a taxi and negotiating the price, to giving clear, detailed information about buses and travel logistics. If you’re planning to do the Quilotoa loop, this is absolutely the man to talk to. The rooms are comfortable, with hot showers and great water pressure. Breakfast is standard but perfectly fine, and the lovely courtyard is a great place to relax. The location is excellent and convenient for exploring Latacunga and beyond. Overall, a welcoming, well-run hotel that makes traveling in the area much easier. Highly recommended.
