This charming hotel and guest house lies in quiet Hochstetten, just outside the town of Breisach am Rhein, 2 km from the River Rhine and the French border. I booked the Landgasthof Adler on short notice, price was good and the location is what I wanted, not in the town but on the outskirts. Check in was easy, staff was friendly and explained everything what we had to be aware of. Rooms are well appointed, beds are great, showers are spacious and have the newest appliances. The restaurant was fantastic, the food was next level. My family enjoyed staying at the Landgasthof Adler very much and I can recommend anybody that wants to stay in the German side of the Rhine.....highly recommended.
