Set in Kostrena, 300 metres from Šodići Beach, Boarding House Lucija offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Although we arrived quite late, we were welcomed warmly by the receptionist, who spoke good English. The room surpassed our expectations set by the reviews: it was clean and recently renovated, with new bed linens and towels, comfortable mattresses, and a well-maintained shower with decently hot water. The stunning surroundings of the hotel made our stay even better, and we appreciated the hassle-free parking right at the front of the reception. The breakfast was fresh, varied, and offered a lovely view. All of this came at a price lower than other hotels. Perfect!

The place was overall nice and at a walkable distance to the city center. It has everything you need for a good stay. Be aware that you have a private toilet, which is though not in the room. The hosts are very kind and give you a lot of suggestions on where to go and what to eat.
