Gumi Ayu EcoHotel was by far the most pleasant and amazing place that we stayed in in Bali. The hotel is placed on a small hill and the little „treehouses“ are surrounded by trees, a waterfall, and lots of nature. The rooms are very clean and cozy and our room came with a balcony, outdoor bathtub and even a little hammock to chill in. The views from the restaurant are amazing (especially when you catch a sunset) and the breakfast as well as lunch and dinner they serve there is very delicious. Nevertheless, the best part about our stay was the friendly and helpful staff. From always asking about our day and wellbeing to providing great tips, organizing trips, arranging take-away breakfast or even helping me get back something I forgot - the team is just great! Thank you again for making our stay so unforgettable.
