I loved my stay here! The bungalows are cosy and comfortable, located in a quiet area of forest away (but not too far) from the business of Bukit Lawang centre. There’s also a lovely river swimming spot just 5 min walk away! What made my time here the best was the kindness of Putra, Maya, and Fitraya. They are all lovely and make sure you feel at home. Not to mention, the food is amazing (especially the Chicken Rendang!) I did the 3 day 2 night trek with Putra and had such a fantastic time - he clearly knows a lot and cares for the jungle, it was such an awesome experience. I can’t wait to come back again 🙂 Terima kasih 🙏

Located in Lagudri, a few steps from Lagundri Beach, Harus Damai Inn provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Toris and his family are lovely, we had a wonderful stay and it was hard to leave! The accommodation is on the beach, the setting is heavenly, Toris offers surfboards to rent and surf lessons! We ate really well and we were even able to cook sometimes too. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable, I recommend without hesitation and I would like to return with pleasure!

Located in Maninjau, 30 km from Gadang Clock Tower, Bagoes View Cottages provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. You can't to better! Very nice, quiet place with a fantastic lakeview, very clean and well equipped bungalows, comfy bed with good smelling pillows and blankets, delicious food and a very very friendly and welcoming family! I spent a great time there and would highly recommend this little homestay with only 3 bungalows and a little restaurant. Thanks to Nabilla and here parents!!!

Situated in Padang, 1.4 km from Air Manis Beach, Air Manis Hillside Villa Cafe & Resto features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Best place in padang! Everything was so well managed and the staff was so kind and helpful. Rivaldi and Herwin did everything to make our visit as good as it gets.

Located in Krui, a few steps from Mandiri Beach, Rumah Nalu surf camp provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a private beach area and a terrace. Mylan and Megan were super sweet hosts, helping with renting the scooter/surf and finding good spots for swimming and to enjoy the area. It was a real pleasure to meet them! Great location in the middle of all surf breaks, delicious and various meals served, basic rooms but don't need anything more with the amazing surroundings. We had the family room with our two kids and we were really comfortable. Thanks again for everything! Livia is still missing the kittens 😅🫶

Situated in Sabang, 2.2 km from Iboih Beach, Panorama Seulako features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a private beach area and a shared lounge. We loved it so much we stayed for 5 extra days! You cannot beat this location. The snorkeling just in front of the bungalows is some of the best on the island. The rooms are simple and yes ours didn’t have a sink but it didn’t really phase us. The owners are lovely and very helpful.
