Ecotourism Bukit Lawang Bungalow situa-se em Bukit Lawang e apresenta um jardim e um terraço. Really loved the large room with the large private bathroom in the hut. They have fans as well and there is a level of privacy you can enjoy here in the jungle. The food is really delicious and I also recommend the jungle treks you can book with Putra, bound to see oragutans and other amazing wildlife. Also, the river close to this property is very refreshing, I have really enjoyed it. Putra and his family will take really good care of you!

Harus Damai Inn localiza-se em Lagudri, a alguns passos de Lagundri Beach, e fornece acomodações com um jardim, estacionamento privado gratuito, um terraço e um restaurante. Toris and his family are the most genuine and kind people I have ever met. I felt like family only 24 hours after arriving (as a young solo traveler who has never been to Asia). They constantly showed me around their island. Toris also taught me how to surf in only a few days & his family taught me how to cook Indonesian style! I 100% recommend getting the full meal package, as all meals are home cooked and delicious! The location is perfect, right on the beach & only a couple minutes from the touristy areas of the island. Toris is one of the best people I have ever met & I will never forget my time spent here. I am already looking forward to coming back!

Bagoes View Cottages localiza-se em Maninjau, a 30 km de Torre do Relógio Gadang, e fornece acomodações com um jardim, estacionamento privado gratuito, um terraço e um restaurante. The owner is super kind, she adapted the menu to my dietary requirements and made me the most amazing tortilla in Sumatra, she also took me to town on her motorbike to start the bike loop around the lake. Everything was so easy and smooth, they have all the info you need to know to enjoy your time at the lake. She also arranged my transfer to Padang. The massage they offer is also worth trying it. Last but not least, the views from the cottage are incredible!

Dolin Cottage encontra-se em Hilibotodane, a alguns passos de Sorake Beach, e apresenta acomodações com um jardim, estacionamento privado gratuito, uma área de praia privada e um salão partilhado. Setting is just perfect! You can see the break from your porch and you get out of the water right in front of the garden! There‘s an ample garden, so you have lot‘s of space and peace, but you‘re in two minutes walking up on the point. Room is simple, but spacious with a large porch. And last but not least: Dolin and his family are just perfect hosts! Super friendly and helpful! And Dolin knows a lot about the place and the history. And great food too! It really was a pleasure to stay here!!!

Ricky’s beach house has a great location! It’s away from the busyness and noise of the city on a quiet, beautiful beach. The staff were great! They were friendly, helpful and accomodating. Food was delicious and the live music at night was a bonus- just bring ear plugs if you like an early night! There’s great options for day trips- I loved the boat trip to the island, including snorkelling, snacks and lunch! The projects attached to the accommodation are super interesting and seem to be really making a difference for the community. Great job guys!

Air Manis Hillside Villa Cafe & Resto encontra-se em Padang, a 16 minutos a pé de Praia de Air Manis, e apresenta acomodações com um jardim, estacionamento privado gratuito, um salão partilhado e um... Absolutelyy beautiful and stunning location, a peak of an island across the sea from the stay. This place is a gem for anyone looking for a calm stay with good hospitality. We are very grateful to the staffs and the manager, Herwin for taking care of us especially at times when my partner got ill, Herwin personally prepared warm water with cloth to soothe the fever of my partner. He even made home remedy drink to help with the fever. What the staffs have provided to us is truly precious, their sincerity touches our hearts. Happy to say we are so lucky to have crossed paths with this homestay.

MB Camp Singkil tem um jardim, salão partilhado, um terraço e restaurante em Gosongtelaga. We LOVED our stay here. So much care and attention has been given to the rooms, which are super spacious, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and very well maintained. A highlight was sitting out on the verandah in early evenings, with a cold drink, watching the river. The bed and pillows are incredibly comfy; the bed linen and towels good quality too. We stayed 2 nights and would very happily have stayed longer, had time allowed. Most people use it as an overnight stop before/after going to the Banyaks, but if you have time and a good book, it's a great place to press pause and rest a few days too.

Rumah Nalu surf camp localiza-se em Krui, a alguns passos de Praia de Mandiri, e fornece acomodações com um jardim, estacionamento privado gratuito, uma área de praia privada e um terraço. Mylan and megan were great, mylans knowledge on surf around the area is really as good as it gets and megan is super sweet. They are friendly and helpful hosts. The position of the camp is really good and central to all surrounding surf breaks. We Would definitely stay again.
