Ecotourism Bukit Lawang Bungalow situa-se em Bukit Lawang e apresenta um jardim e um terraço. Staying at Putra’s ecolodge was genuinely one of the most meaningful travel experiences in my life. From the moment I landed in Medan, everything was perfectly organized, Putra arranged a private driver to take me directly to the lodge, where Putra welcomed me late at night with so much kindness and flexibility. The bungalows are simple yet perfect: comfortable beds, deep sleep, surrounded by jungle green. Waking up to hornbills, monkeys, and endless birdsong felt magical. The location is really convenient, close enough to Bukit Lawang (20 minutes’ scenic walk through jungle and villages), yet quiet, calm, and connected to nature. Putra and his family make you feel at home. His wife’s cooking is full of love, and their restaurant is a beautiful open space to relax or work. I joined a one-night trek with Putra and his team, where we saw incredible wildlife, learned so much from his deep respect for the forest, and laughed so much thanks to his team’s humour and warmth. This place is affordable, authentic, and overflowing with heart (met some incredible travellers here too). The whole experience goes above and beyond... Thank you so much Putra and team, I am forever grateful and cannot recommend this place enough. I will definitely be back 🥹

Toris and his family are lovely, we had a wonderful stay and it was hard to leave! The accommodation is on the beach, the setting is heavenly, Toris offers surfboards to rent and surf lessons! We ate really well and we were even able to cook sometimes too. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable, I recommend without hesitation and I would like to return with pleasure!

Bagoes View Cottages localiza-se em Maninjau, a 30 km de Torre do Relógio Gadang, e fornece acomodações com um jardim, estacionamento privado gratuito, um terraço e um restaurante. The staff is super friendly and Nabila speaks a perfect English, and she will help you with anything you need, including your next travel arrangements. The view is amazing from your terrasse or from the cafe at the reception. Very quiet at night (except for the mosque early morning, but that's everywhere in Indonesia) They serve breakfast/lunch/diner and it was very good. They provided wifi, which was a great help. The network of Telkomsel is also perfect here, so if you have to work, that's absolutely fine. Large bathroom with sink and shower (cold water only) Comfortable bed Fan in the room (it did the job, we had no need for air-co here) Scooter rental is also possible

Dolin Cottage encontra-se em Hilibotodane, a alguns passos de Sorake Beach, e apresenta acomodações com um jardim, estacionamento privado gratuito, uma área de praia privada e um salão partilhado. It was a nice mix of traditional and modern. It's located right at the exit of Sorake surf spot, so it's a great spot for surfing. There's a terrace in front of each room, so you can sit, relax, and watch the surfers. Next door to the Dolin Cottage is a restaurant called 'BEOS PUB', where almost everything is generally good. I highly recommend the seafood pasta.

Ricky's Beach House localiza-se em Pasarsungai-nyala, a 1,9 km de Suwarnadwipa Beach, e fornece acomodações com um jardim, estacionamento privado gratuito, uma área de praia privada e um salão... A wonderful place with clean, comfortable cottages, and dinner at a communal table where all guests had the opportunity to get to know each other, chat, and share experiences. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. We went on a snorkeling trip for a chance to see the paradise. The owner cares about the environment, tries to minimize plastic use, and runs a sea turtle protection project. We highly recommend this place.

Air Manis Hillside Villa Cafe & Resto encontra-se em Padang, a 16 minutos a pé de Praia de Air Manis, e apresenta acomodações com um jardim, estacionamento privado gratuito, um salão partilhado e um... What a beautiful place. We had a lovely two-night-stay! With the help of the very friendly staff we really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Thank you Herwin, Fransisco & everyone else!

I had a fantastic stay at Rumah Nalu! The house is cozy and well-maintained, with a great surf vibe. The owner is super friendly and always helpful, making sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking to surf and relax!
