The rooms were nice and clean, the property was absolutely beautiful!! The river, the views!! We all loved the placed and we will absolutely come back, the stuff was super nice and the activities we did were amazing!!! Our tour guide was very gentle, helping us with everything we need it, the tour to see the orangutans was a dream come true and the hike we did even though was very difficult ( we choose the difficult path) it was so magical no one want it to finish, we decide to choose a tour were we sleep in the jungle for one night and we just wish that we could’ve stay more, there were monkeys everywhere we were so high in the mountains that we can see the clouds near us, a totally mystical experience. Thank you all we will keep this places for ever in our hearts

Ecotourism Bukit Lawang Bungalow situa-se em Bukit Lawang e apresenta um jardim e um terraço. The bungalows are a great, chill place that feels immersed in nature. The deck is great for chilling with the family and a beautiful spot to enjoy the meals, which were all delicious. It’s out of the way of the main town and near Landak river for swimming which was really enjoyable for us

Toris and his family are the most genuine and kind people I have ever met. I felt like family only 24 hours after arriving (as a young solo traveler who has never been to Asia). They constantly showed me around their island. Toris also taught me how to surf in only a few days & his family taught me how to cook Indonesian style! I 100% recommend getting the full meal package, as all meals are home cooked and delicious! The location is perfect, right on the beach & only a couple minutes from the touristy areas of the island. Toris is one of the best people I have ever met & I will never forget my time spent here. I am already looking forward to coming back!

Bagoes View Cottages localiza-se em Maninjau, a 30 km de Torre do Relógio Gadang, e fornece acomodações com um jardim, estacionamento privado gratuito, um terraço e um restaurante. The owner is super kind, she adapted the menu to my dietary requirements and made me the most amazing tortilla in Sumatra, she also took me to town on her motorbike to start the bike loop around the lake. Everything was so easy and smooth, they have all the info you need to know to enjoy your time at the lake. She also arranged my transfer to Padang. The massage they offer is also worth trying it. Last but not least, the views from the cottage are incredible!

Dolin Cottage encontra-se em Hilibotodane, a alguns passos de Sorake Beach, e apresenta acomodações com um jardim, estacionamento privado gratuito, uma área de praia privada e um salão partilhado. It was a nice mix of traditional and modern. It's located right at the exit of Sorake surf spot, so it's a great spot for surfing. There's a terrace in front of each room, so you can sit, relax, and watch the surfers. Next door to the Dolin Cottage is a restaurant called 'BEOS PUB', where almost everything is generally good. I highly recommend the seafood pasta.

Air Manis Hillside Villa Cafe & Resto encontra-se em Padang, a 16 minutos a pé de Praia de Air Manis, e apresenta acomodações com um jardim, estacionamento privado gratuito, um salão partilhado e um... Rivaldi and Herwin were our main hosts and were exceptional. They were kind, funny and very helpful with any of our questions or needs. The other staff were also very kind and the food was really good. Juices and fruits for breakfast were often straight from their property. The property itself is gorgeous, ocean views, lush garden and many nooks and places to choose seating. My friend and I had a great stay and would definitely go back!

Rumah Nalu surf camp localiza-se em Krui, a alguns passos de Praia de Mandiri, e fornece acomodações com um jardim, estacionamento privado gratuito, uma área de praia privada e um terraço. Megan and Mylan are genuinely nice and warm people! They made me feel so at home. They were super helpful, they picked me up and dropped me off at the bus station. Whenever I needed anything they were there! I was able to try out different surfboards that were in a pretty good condition. Mylan showed me all the surf spots. Megan cooked delicious food, different breakfast every day ❤️

Panorama Seulako encontra-se em Sabang, a 2,2 km de Praia de Iboih, e apresenta acomodações com um jardim, estacionamento privado gratuito, uma área de praia privada e um salão partilhado. We loved it so much we stayed for 5 extra days! You cannot beat this location. The snorkeling just in front of the bungalows is some of the best on the island. The rooms are simple and yes ours didn’t have a sink but it didn’t really phase us. The owners are lovely and very helpful.
